Travel for Black women, by Black women.
Black On Arrival curates boutique, small-group trips (8-10 women max) for Black women who love their independence… but also love having someone to laugh with, explore with, and make real memories with.
If you've ever been the friend who plans everything.
If you love solo travel but wish you had someone next to you saying, "Sis, look at this!"
If you want travel that feels safe, warm, and aligned with your energy.
Then yeah—you're in the right place.

This trip is for you if…
You’ll feel at home here if:
You can travel anywhere alone, but you're tired of doing it all alone
You want a group trip with grown-woman energy (no drama, no chaos)
You want to feel safe, relaxed, and cared for
You love good food, culture, and exploring beautiful places
You're excited to meet aligned women who show up and vibe
You want to leave feeling like your world got bigger
And it’s especially for you if:
Your group chats haven't produced an actual vacation in years
You want shared memories, not just solo photos
You want to be in environments that celebrate Black women
You want connection without having to coordinate everyone else's experience
We've done this before. Now we're doing it better.
We're Randi and Alishia—the founders of Black On Arrival.
Between 2015 and 2020, we ran We Go Too, a boutique travel company for Black women. We took groups to Cuba, Mexico, Ghana, Colombia, and beyond.
We were featured in Essence, partnered with Airbnb, and highlighted in Black Enterprise.
The trips were incredible. The friendships that formed were even better.
But here's what we learned:
Travel isn't just about the destination. It's about who you experience it with.
After years of traveling solo—across cities, across continents—we both realized:
We loved the freedom, but we missed the moments.
The "Girl, look at this!" The laughter at dinner. The inside jokes. The shared memories.
And honestly? Planning everything alone started to feel like work.
Group chats weren't aligning. Friends were entering different seasons. And we were over taking incredible trips with nobody to fully share them with.
So we're rebuilding the thing we needed—and that so many Black women have told us they need too.
Black On Arrival is for Black women who want to belong somewhere.
Who want ease.
Who want alignment.
Who want a trip that feels warm, joyful, and grown.
